Everyone needs different care. You will discuss your needs and expectations with an expert, who will introduce you to the clinic and present you with tailor-made solutions or Momentum Clinic service packages.
We will start your journey to health and longevity with an initial preventive examination. This will give us an accurate picture of your health, which we will discuss with you in detail and use as a basis for preparing an individual care plan.
According to the plan we have put together, we will keep track of your examination, procedure, and therapy appointments. We will arrange for hassle-free parking and remote access to all your results. If external examinations are necessary, we will arrange everything as part of our Concierge Service, including priority appointments—all you have to do is show up at the agreed-upon time.
Maximally individualized care is our priority, which is why the capacity of our clinic is intentionally limited. This allows us to devote as much time to each client as they need.
Initial comprehensive examination
This essential comprehensive examination includes a combination of a medical consultation and assessment of your health, laboratory tests, and functional or imaging examinations.
During a routine preventive examination outside our clinic, you will only receive a fraction of the information about your health condition. See for yourself.
The price of the initial examination is CZK 19,000.

The medical components of the examination are provided in accordance with Act No. 235/2004 Coll., § 58 and are exempt from VAT.
Above-standard components (e.g., lifestyle consultation, comfort service, time allocation) are taxed at a rate of 12% VAT.
Flex credit program
After undergoing the necessary comprehensive initial examination, you can choose one-time therapies of your choice - physiotherapy, instrumental therapy, infusion therapy, ozone, testosterone therapy, etc.
Hourly consultations with medical specialists according to the Momentum Clinic price list.
